Directors, executives and partners navigating the specific pressures of leading while neurodivergent — visibility, executive presence, decision fatigue, prioritisation, communication load and the disclosure question.

Coachees typically arrive already high-performing. The work is about sustaining that performance and unlocking the next tier — not managing a deficit.

How it runs

Typically six to twelve confidential 1:1 sessions over three to six months, in-person or remote. Includes an initial contracting session, a mid-point review and a close-out with defined outcomes. Fully confidential from the sponsoring organisation.
